We even think if we enjoy Miami Beach, that we might go back again next year and spend 2 or 3 nights in Key West as well. So, we are going to try Miami Beach, but I just personally would not go during that week you are considering.
Where we stayed on Marco, the Marco Island Marriott, was really not near much shopping or restaurants at all. We like it because we think that we won't have to jump in the car and drive somewhere to go do something, or go shopping, or get a meal. So, this year, we are going to try South Beach and hope it has more activity. We went to Marco Island last year for the first time, and found it to be really just lacking in any excitement at all. It really depends on what you are looking for I think.
